The Colony is a beautiful place to visit with serene lakeshores, winding trails and verdant golf courses that make for wonderful outdoor excursions. Spring Eggstravaganza

Spring into grassy outdoor fun with one of the most EGGciting events. Hop on over to The Colony Five Star Complex and watch your kids have a ball as they gather eggs filled with an assortment of candy and prizes. Enjoy photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny and activities for the whole family.

Up, Up & Away! Festival of Flight

The Up, Up & Away: Festival of Flight, presented by The Tribute Lakeside Golf and Resort Community and the City of The Colony celebrates all forms of flight. The family-friendly festival features kite flying, demonstrations, music, food and fun. Bring your favorite aerial contraption and watch as it soars, glides and swoops through the skies.

Liberty by The Lake

Celebrate America’s Independence with Liberty By The Lake. Enjoy the great outdoors with a variety of outdoor entertainment and activities for all ages. Watch as traditional patriotic fireworks light up the night sky at The Colony Five Star Complex.

LPGA Volunteers of America Classic

The LPGA Volunteers of America Classic returns to the Old American Golf Club, June 28 – July 4, for the fourth consecutive year. The state’s only LPGA Tour event features the best female golfers from around the globe. Stay tuned for more information about the VOA Classic, including special events like a 5K race, Women’s Summit and additional on-site programming during tournament week.

Bow Wow Luau

Calling all dog lovers! Dive in with your best canine friend and enjoy doggie swims in the wave pool, contests, games and prizes at Hawaiian Falls. During this special event, the water park closes to the public and a portion of the proceeds will benefit The Colony Animal Shelter Injured Animal Fund. Concessions will be available for purchase inside the park. Limit two dogs per owner.

Mother & Son Adventure Day

Enjoy some family time exclusively for moms and sons! Together, experience an evening of adventure, fun and excitement as you explore all things outdoors. Test your skills at archery, fishing, horseshoes and many other camping and outdoor activities.

Family Fright Night

Get your fill of Halloween thrills with Family Fright Night at Stewart Creek Park. Test your courage on a haunted lake trail, take a hayride around the park, compete in a costume contest and enjoy frightfully fun activities during this overnight campout.

American Heroes

The ultimate celebration of the true American Heroes, veterans. Celebrate our veterans and service members at the annual American Heroes festival. This free event includes country music concerts, fair foods, carnival games and all-day entertainment. Honor beloved service members with the Heroes Ceremony and enjoy a patriotic firework display as the night sky lights up red, white and blue.

Holiday In The Park, Parade of Lights & Christmas Spectacular

Sip hot cocoa, feel the magic in the air and have a holly jolly time at Holiday In The Park. Festivities include food, drinks and cheerful activities for all to enjoy. See the sights at the Parade of Lights with floats and displays brightening the landscape. At Central Firehouse Station, The Colony Christmas Spectacular light show illuminates the night with dazzling displays set to holiday music. Tune into 99.9FM and enjoy the show all throughout December.

  • Kids eat free on Family Board Game Nite! Simply bring a board game to play at Heritage Pizza and their dinner is on the house from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.

Wednesdays

  • Bring your best poker face to the table with Poker Nights at Lakeview by Peppersmash. Play begins at 8:00 PM.

Thursdays

  • Play your cards right and you might just win $100. Poker Nights at Texadelphia are from 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM.

Fridays

  • Kick-off your weekend with Live Music Fridays at The Stage at Grandscape from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Have a pleasant evening on The Lawn as artists of many genres share their talents onstage.
