Grandscape Grand Opening

This long-awaited destination is the latest development in The Colony, boasting over 433 acres of some of the best shopping, entertainment and dining experiences in Dallas-Fort Worth. Experience Grandscape yourself April 1 – April 4 during their grand opening. All weekend long, enjoy live entertainment, specials at world-class restaurants and deals at local retailers and attractions.

Check out the Spring Fling Eggstravaganza on April 3 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM for a family-friendly outing featuring a petting zoo, balloon artist, crafts and more. Join Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in celebrating their one-year anniversaries. During their Dog Days of Spring on April 3, get free professional Spring-themed photos taken of your pup and enjoy a wide selection of food and drinks on the outdoor patio overlooking the one-acre dog park. At Grandscape, achieve Zen through Yoga and Mimosas on The Lawn. Enjoy a guided yoga class, mimosas and door prizes on Saturday, April 24.

Great news for all as annual events return with new and improved social distancing protocols. Register your child for the Coach Cox’s Kid Chase on April 24. Staggered start times help runners maintain distance along the course. Share quality time with those you love at Movies in The Park. Come see what’s new with the gang in “Scoob!” April 9 at 7:00 PM or gather the family around for “The Croods 2” April 30 at 7:15 PM at The Colony Five Star Complex.

Musical flair is in the air

Music fans rejoice as Lava Cantina holds their Grand Reopening Celebration on May 4 at 6:00 PM. Currently, Lava Cantina is open for weekly concerts but with limited hours and service. The reopening party will showcase the newly-renovated venue, unveil a new lineup of Mexican Creole menu items and kick things off with an epic concert by local favorites. Experience the sound waves of Texas Flood live April 16 at 7:00 PM at Lakeview by Peppersmash, where playing pool, indulging in signature cocktails and relaxing on the patio are some of the best ways to spend an evening.

Mondays

  • Start the week off with a game of free pool and drink specials all night long. Visit Shakertins from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM for some late night entertainment.
  • Skip the rush hour traffic and bowl at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games instead. Guests can enjoy $5 bowling per person Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
  • Join in the SCHEELS Run Club for some monthly Monday evening group exercise. Take a three or five-mile walk and run from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
