NFM Fan Expo
The Countdown to Fan Expo starts at NFM. For those who can’t wait for one of the biggest fandom gatherings in Dallas, celebrate with an afternoon of cosplay, artists, photo-ops and fun for you and the whole family. Come back a week later for the return of Market Days at NFM, where local artisans and small businesses showcase handmade gifts and art.
The Colony Summer Kickoff
Get ready for The Colony’s summertime bash hosted by The Colony Public Library and Parks & Recreation Department. This family-focused event features themed games, a StoryWalk®, children’s crafts and fishing activities from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 4 at Lions Club Park. Stop by our mobile visitor center for prizes and discount offers.
NFM Market Day
Come see what the local vendors have been crafting up at NFM’s Market Day. On June 11 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, enjoy the open air market full of endless possibilities. Come for the crafts or grab a feast from the food trucks. Discover unique gifts, one-of-a-kind items and more!
Fun In The Sun: Kid’s Event Series
A touch of summer flair and fantastic new events are coming to The Colony’s premier entertainment and dining destination. At Grandscape, experience Fun In The Sun every Tuesday with family-focused themes including a Zoofari adventure, superheroes, delightful dinos, crafts and more.
Twisted Drag Brunch
The Colony’s favorite drag brunch is coming back to Twisted Bar and Grill on June 11, 1:00 PM. This Drag Brunch show is brought to you by the same production team that Thrillist named one of the “Best Drag Shows in Dallas.” Some of the best queens from across Texas and the nation will be joining. Enjoy an exclusive brunch menu and the chance for free swag during this two-hour jampacked Saturday. Don’t worry about missing out as the show goes on every second and fourth Saturday of the month.
5 Year Anniversary PAWty
Happy anniversary to The Shacks at Austin Ranch! Ruby Red Succulent Night
Southern-style home décor made simple, no green thumb required. Down South Kitchen & Bakery invites you to Ruby Red Succulent Night on June 29 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Let the skillful instructors guide you in crafting the next level of vibrant, flourishing planters. Make it a sweet time with freshly-baked desserts and unique cocktails from the kitchen.
Liberty By The Lake
Start the summer with an Independence Day Celebration at The Five Star Complex. The free festivities of Liberty By The Lake begins July 2, 6:00 PM. Enjoy an evening of live performances, festival activities. The fireworks finale lights up the night at 9:30 PM so be sure to stick around for the dazzling displays in the sky.

Mondays
- Start the week off with a free game of pool and drink specials all night long. Visit Shakertins from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM for some late-night entertainment.

- Test your knowledge at Challenge Trivia Night at McSwiggan’s Irish Pub from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
- Get ready to rock and sing at Live Band Karaoke Night at Lava Cantina from 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
Wednesdays
- Listen to a variety of tunes and be one of the first to win at Music Bingo at McSwiggan’s Irish Pub, from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

Fridays
- Start the weekend off right at The Shacks at Austin Ranch. Local musicians play on the pup-friendly patio from 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Take in the views of Lewisville Lake with Sunset Paddle & A Pint from 7:30 PM – 8:45 PM at DFW Surf.
Saturdays
- Take the family out for lunch and kid-friendly movies at Lava Cantina. Shows begin at 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
- Learn to glide across the waters with an Intro to SUP (stand up paddleboarding). From 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, let the professionals at DFW Surf guide you through a memorable experience.
