With warmer temperatures around the corner, it’s time to get ready for a fun getaway this spring. Creative Kids Workshop
Come by The Fountain Courtyard at Grandscape for a free kids craft on Saturday, March 6 at 11:00 AM. Kids can design their very own arctic polar bear or bring a craft kit home to enjoy later. Afterwards, check out the local shops at The Homestead or get a sweet treat at The Baked Bear.
The Vinyl Countdown – A Tribute to Arena Rock
It’s The Vinyl Countdown at Lava Cantina! Experience the rock classics of the 70s, 80s and 90s with fellow fans March 6 at 7:00 PM. Reserve your VIP table for a night of adrenaline-soaked arena rock favorites.
2nd Annual St. Patrick’s Weekend Celebration
Don’t miss one of the biggest St. Patrick’s Day parties in The Colony. Celebrate on the open-air patio of Lakeview By Peppersmash with live music and family fun all weekend long from March 12-15. Sip on their Instagram worthy drinks or celebrate with Guinness and green beer specials along with fresh handcrafted food and shareable appetizers.
Luck of the Irish Triathlon
Go the distance and test your perseverance and strength in the annual Luck of the Irish Triathlon hosted by Playtri. Feel the ground pass by, the water flow through and the wind breeze past as you and fellow participants reach for your goals. Get in some practice at one of our beautiful nature trails. Spring Eggstravaganza
Spring Eggstravaganza returns! Children can hunt for vibrantly colored eggs filled with candy and prizes. Each little one, 18 months-9 years old, will take home their eggs plus a treasure bag filled with spring crafts, prizes, coupons and a special surprise on March 27 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Registration required.
Weekly Events
Mondays
- Start the week off with free pool and drink specials all night long. Visit Shakertins from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM for some late night entertainment.
- Skip the rush hour traffic and bowl at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games instead. Guests can enjoy $5 bowling per person Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
Tuesdays
- Kids eat free on Family Board Game Nite! Simply bring a board game to play at Heritage Pizza and their dinner is on the house from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
- From immersive VR to exhilarating laser tag, visit Andretti Indoor Karting & Games for buy one get one attractions. Excludes karting and bowling.
Thursdays
- Discover the magical art of water marbling with Dallas Silk Art. Let the experts guide you through creating your very own marbled creation at one of their workshops Thursday – Sunday.
Fridays
- Kick-off your weekend with Live Music Fridays at The Stage at Grandscape from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Spend a pleasant evening on The Lawn as artists of many genres share their talents onstage.
Saturdays
- Savor Cajun flavors with an All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Boil at Bourbon Street Bar & Grill from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
