Celebrate the 250th Fourth of July in The Colony with a full day of free patriotic fun. Start the morning with the Liberty 5K & Fun Run at Stewart Creek Park, from 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM. Then, line the streets along Blair Oaks Drive at 10:00 AM for the annual Independence Day Parade before heading to The Athletic Club for an evening filled with live entertainment, family activities, festival food and a spectacular fireworks show at the Liberty By The Lake festival from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Whether you’re racing, cheering or celebrating with family and friends, Liberty By The Lake is The Colony’s signature Fourth of July tradition.

Keep the kids engaged all summer long with The Colony Summer Clubhouse, a free series of family-friendly programs, from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, hosted by The Colony Parks & Recreation Department. From educational presentations and interactive performances to hands-on activities and special guests, Summer Clubhouse offers something new to discover each week. It’s a great way for families to learn, play and make lasting summer memories together.
