Texas BBQ

When in Texas, do what the Texans do – eat barbecue. Hard Eight BBQ is a local favorite that serves up brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and other ‘cue straight from the pit. The local chain has received national attention after it was featured on Cooking TV’s Man Fire FoodBarrel & Bones Craft Bar and Smokehouse takes traditional BBQ up a notch, infusing new culinary techniques with classic cooking to achieve the perfect smokehouse flavor. In addition to their succulent meats, Barrel & Bones features one of the best whiskey selections in the whole state.
