Eat Healthier

Whether you are looking to shed the quarantine-fifteen or simply eat your veggies, restaurants around The Colony offer healthy options to keep you on track. Counting calories couldn’t be easier at 54th Street Bar & Grill, where their extensive menu lists caloric values for every soup, salad, sandwich and signature entree. Up your salad game at Bread Zeppelin, where you can build your own bowl filled with greens and proteins. If you are more of a sandwich fan, have your chopped salad stuffed into their freshly baked loaf of French bread, to create a Zeppelin. If you are following a high protein diet, visit Barrel & Bones for all your smokehouse favorites from brisket to pulled pork. Those avoiding gluten will appreciate Rock & Brews. Gluten-items such as the fire-grilled tri-tip steak tacos or barbeque wings are clearly labeled throughout the menu. P.F. Chang’s offers a special gluten-free menu as well as a separate prep area, perfect for those with intolerances or sensitives.
